Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you through Wix.

After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available within 24 hours.

We do not ship on weekends, bank holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order because we will not be liable to replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

We ship using DPD/Evri/Royal Mail services. Once we send the tracking number and update it on our system along with proof of postage we do not offer refunds or send out new items as we have fulfilled the order on our end. 

We will help you get into contact with courier and file a lost parcel case and once that has been resolved we can either refund or send you new items when they compensate for the lost item.
